Research

My research interests are broadly in the area of parallel and high performance computing. As part of my PhD, I worked on developing efficient parallelization techniques that improve concurrency of hierarchical applications significantly. I am currently looking at many-core parallelization of graph algorithms in particular. The real-life impact of a parallel application comes mainly from its faster execution and completion compared to the sequential version of the program.  I am excited about making applications run faster!
